Tadpole Season

It's that time of year again...
Down to the creek with buckets and a butterfly net. (I'm not sure how the latter object is involved in tadpole catching, but I'm not one to mess with the process. I only take the pictures.)
Teddy and Isabella stop at the vineyard fan to check out the notes left by the service-guy.
 I just loved following behind.

Tadpoles, water plants and slime were collected for their own backyard tadpole habitat. Isabella, Matthew and I left early when something prickly stung Isabella's foot. Mark and Teddy hauled everything back toward the house, and set it up. Spring 2015 Holsten-Simpkins Tadpole Farm is officially open.

All Dressed Up

This is Mark and I all dressed up in our fancy clothes headed out to my school's annual grand auction. But this picture tells so much more. It reminds me that the smoke detector needs to be fixed, the toy baskets need to be used and that blanket on the couch more than likely is covering some food stain, which needs to be washed off. This is all the fancy we can muster.
